Dr. Seema Korgaokar
Dr. Seema Korgaokar is an accomplished professional in educational leadership with over 15 years of experience spanning resource optimization, academic administration, and extracurricular program development. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to balance administrative efficiency with student-centric initiatives, driving institutions toward operational excellence while fostering meaningful and engaging learning experiences.
Known as both a mentor at heart and a strategist by practice, she has consistently supported initiatives that nurture creativity, discipline, and lifelong learning. Her collaborative and inclusive leadership style—rooted in the belief that “together we can achieve more”—has helped her build lasting relationships with students, educators, parents, and the broader community.
Mentors
Our Mentors are passionate educators, coaches, and domain experts who work closely with schools, teachers, students, and parents. With backgrounds spanning pedagogy, psychology, digital learning, and leadership, they bring practical insights and empathy to every engagement. Their role is not just to train—but to inspire, empower, and transform.
Mrs. Dipika Shah is a seasoned educator with five decades of teaching experience, specializing in the foundational years from Senior KG to Grade 5. She began her career in Coimbatore in 1975 and has since dedicated herself to nurturing young learners with a blend of academic rigor and personal care.
Based in Ahmedabad since 1978, Mrs. Shah has continued to instill a love for learning in her students, many of whom have gone on to excel in diverse fields. At 72, her passion for education remains undiminished, and she currently offers private tuitions, providing individualized guidance to help children build strong academic foundations.
